**MISIÓN**

Asistir al cliente en sus peticiones, escuchando activamente y respondiendo positivamente a sus preguntas, utilizando siempre los estándares de servicio de la marca.

**FUNCIONES **ESENCIALES**
- Ejecutar las labores de atención al cliente antes de su llegada y durante su estancia.
- Anticiparse a sus necesidades.
- Realizar las gestiones relacionadas con las reservas y organización de las peticiones de los clientes.
- Colaboración y coordinación con los demás departamentos (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B)
- Apoyar funciones de recepción en caso necesario

**CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS DEL PUESTO, CAPACIDADES Y **HABILIDADES**
- Trabajar de forma responsable conociendo todos los recursos disponibles en la compañía.
- Manejar correctamente el tiempo y agenda de trabajo para conseguir los objetivos establecidos por la Dirección.
- Demostrar un conocimiento de la importancia del lenguaje no verbal en la comunicación e interacción con el clientes y con los compañeros.
- **Español, inglés**
**y alemán** (Es imprescindible el conocimiento de estos idiomas para aplicar)
- Habilidad para solucionar conflictos
- Toma de iniciativa
- Alta orientación al cliente, amabilidad y simpatía

**HABILIDADES, FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA**
- FP / Diplomatura de Turismo o similar
- Idiomas: alto nível de Castellano, inglés y/o alemán
- Excelente habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
- Orientación al cliente
- Se valorará experiência en prácticas en recepción
- Se valorará conocimiento de Opera como sistema operativo**Uniformidad**:
