- **Experiência y Conocimientos**:Experiência demostrable en atención al público en otros establecimientos hoteleros de 4*.
- **Idiomas**:Imprescindible el perfecto dominio de Español e Inglés valorándose positivamente conocimiento de otros idiomas como el francés y/o Aleman.
- **Flexibilidad Horaria**:Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes turnos, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos.
- **Otros**:Residencia en la zona, Dotes para trabajar en equipo, Clara orientación al cliente, Persona activa y disciplinada, Persona organizada y resolutiva, Buena presencia

**¿Qué Harás en Este Rol?**
- **Recibimiento y despedida de huésdpedes**:Dar la bienvenida a los clientes al llegar al hotel / explicar los servicios del hotel
- **Atención personalizada**Resolver dudas, peticiones o quejas de los huéspedes / Gestionar sorpresas para ocasiones especiales.
- **Coordinación Interna**Comunicarse con otros departamentos (recepción, limpieza, mantenimiento, restaurante) para garantizar una estancia sin problemas
- **Seguimiento y Fidelización**Hacer seguimiento durante la estancia para asegurarse de que el huésped esté satisfecho.
- **Apoyo Multilingúe y clutural**Hablar varios idiomas para asistir a huéspedes internacionales / Adaptarse a diferentes cuturas y costumbres.
