**Position**:
Total Rewards Senior Manager
**As a Total Rewards Senior Manager, you will be responsible for**:
Compensation & Benefits area:
- Collaboration at implementing of global Compensation and Benefits practices across EMEA region.
- Managing both internal and external relationships with multiple stakeholders: diverse businesses, EMEA HR and the global benefits broker.
- Supporting annual merit review campaigns and preparing merit budgets
- Reviewing benefits offering in all EMEA countries to ensure compliance & competitiveness
- Participating in various global projects, relating to the design of C&B policies and tools
- Supporting the design, implementation and execution of the global or regional compensation review to include the internal grading and reward systems (management of compensation survey participation and data review, update of salary ranges, position evaluation, job structure development, job documentation process, etc.).
- Participate in the successful integration of compensation & benefits practices and policies in mergers and acquisitions.
- Educate, mentor and train HR staff and managers on compensation processes, practices, and programs.
- Reviewing proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices. Recommend solutions to resolve compensation-related issues.
- Providing technical and analytical support on projects relating to compensation evaluation, plan design and global rewards strategy.
Variable compensation area:
- Oversee the regional variable compensation team which calculate sales compensation in accordance with defined programs. Providing expertise, answering complex questions and working with the analysts when needed to investigate and respond to complex situations
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure compliance with, and accurate administration of, approved compensation plans, which includes verifying and reviewing compensation payment amounts for accuracy and completeness, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments as outlined in the program documents, submitting completed payments to payroll for processing
- Supporting communication and rollout of designed plans annually for assigned client groups, including partnering with HRBP's and business leaders on communication process
- Responding to escalated pay questions or concerns and partners with senior level business leaders to resolve
- Understand variable compensation best practices and provides training and support for variable compensation analysts on the development, implementation, and communication of the compensation/incentive plans to ensures accuracy of calculations and payments.
- Being involved in other projects or initiatives
**Who are you**:
- You already have at least 10 years of experience at similar role
- You like to work independently as well as a part of remote team
- You have analytical mindset and you enjoy working with numbers and big amount of data
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. any additional language will be a great plus
- You are process oriented - able to establish standard procedures and manage to standards
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills - comfortable presenting to members of senior leadership team
- You must be able to manage priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced business environment adhering to strict deadlines
- You must have a keen eye for detail
- You are able to demonstrate problem solving and consulting skills - ability to work with end use clients
