The Role

We currently have openings for a Senior Project Manager. In this position you will manage all phases of large complex projects and will be responsible for project execution, project profitability and customer satisfaction. Specific on-the-job training will be provided.

Your Impact

As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and/or oversee project plans and schedules.
- Manage the contract change process as needed.
- Coordinate and organize project implementation plans and project activities.
- Ensure that projects are properly tested, approved and documented, per OSI quality

standards.
- Develop and drive the strategy for projects based on the business unit's priorities.
- Lead and coach assigned project team members.
- Manage and determine budget, timelines, priorities and resources for the project.
- Proactively establish mitigation plans and manage project risks and issues.
- Primary point of contact and overseer of customer communication.
- Act on behalf of OSI management on corporate, strategic, organizational and tactical project matters.
- Participate in sales demos, customer meetings, trade shows and industry conferences.
- Report progress to Senior Leadership.

What You'll Need

Minimum- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Finance/Accounting, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related technical field.- Project management experience including managing projects of $3 million or more- Ability to manage highly technical and complex projects.- Business leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.- Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office Suite products, including Microsoft Project.- Excellent communication skills when interacting with internal teams and customers.- Fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages will be positively considered

Preferred- Electric utility industry and/or automation/SCADA project experience.- An Engineering degree and experience with electrical utilities or automation systems.- International project management experience and solid understanding of
- international cultures and business transactions.
