**Your role**

Lead and execute the company's internal and external communication to promote La Farga in accordance with the strategic lines and values of the corporate strategic plan.

Responsible for transmitting La Farga’s communicative culture and acting as a facilitator so that the internal communication flow be effective and impactful.

You will be responsible for:

- Internal and external Communication Plan.
- Manage internal communication and the communicative culture of La Farga.
- The company's social networks (LinkedIn and corporate website).
- Strengthen internal communication through different cultural projects and initiatives.
- Point of contact for media relations.
- Oversee the creation of content for digital and traditional media.
- Monitoring and continuous improvement of communication actions and impacts.

**What do we look for?**

You will rock at this role if you:

- Recommended university degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication and/or Psychology.
- Proven experience in corporate communication between 2-3 years.
- Writing and communication skills in Catalan, Spanish and English.
- Ability to plan communication strategies, including content plans and digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of design tools or programs (Photoshop, InDesign,...) and basic knowledge of video editing will be valued.
- We are looking for a dynamic, creative, positive, empathetic and decisive person, with excellent social and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, with initiative and proactivity.
