**What we are looking for**

We are looking to hire a finance manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Finance managers are expected to be detail-oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills, and an investigative nature. To ensure success, finance managers should have a deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization.

**Main Responsabilities**
- Build and manage the ERP landscape in alignment with business needs from a financial perspective, including processes such as month-end close, expense management, order-to-cash, record-to-report, and procure-to-pay.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that effectively leverage NetSuite, integrating financial controlling needs into the ERP system while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
- Optimize business processes within the ERP system to eliminate manual workflows, mitigate risks, and effectively communicate updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects for the organization.
- Maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting.
- Assist internal teams and upper management by preparing accurate financial reports, analyzing accounting data, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and managing change to optimize NetSuite usage.
- Oversee all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly figures and disclosures.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledge of HGB or IFRS
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Finance/Controlling/Accounting
- NetSuite Certifications are desirable but not mandatory
- Experience in gathering business requirements from both technical & business oriented partners, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs,writing detailed functional specifications for development of custom programs, testing and post go live support.
- Solid end-to-end understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report
- Experience and knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and security
