We are looking for two experts , each focusing on a specific functional area: Finance (Record to Report – R2R) Procurement (Source to Pay – S2P) You will act as a business-process expert , liaising with client teams to define requirements, ensure alignment, and facilitate the successful adoption of ERP processes. Key Responsibilities Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements. Document and structure client needs in clear, business-oriented terms. Translate business requirements into ERP processes and implications. Draft and maintain To-Be process descriptions . Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , SOPs, and training material preparation. Act as a trusted advisor to align multiple SMEs on common requirements. Required Profile Minimum 7 years of experience in ERP implementation projects. Deep expertise in Finance (R2R) or Procurement (S2P) processes. Experience across all ERP phases: Design, Build, Testing, Data Migration, Deployment, and Hypercare . Fluent in English ; Spanish is a plus. Strong autonomy, facilitation skills, and ability to interact with senior client stakeholders. Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud is a plus.
