Senior Finance Manager (Immediate Hire)

On-site Barcelona (Hospitalet de Llobregat)

A premium automotive group specializing in high-end vehicles, with operations in Barcelona and Marbella. The company offers exclusive customer service, a state-of-the-art showroom, and operates in a fast-growing business environment. With strong expansion plans and a firm commitment to operational excellence, it is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to strengthen its financial structure and support its next phase of growth.

Role

Lead the company's administrative, accounting, and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, legal compliance, and efficient cash-flow management. Position with growth path to
Finance Director within ~2 years
.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee general and cost accounting with external consultancy.
  • Manage monthly/quarterly closings and annual audit preparation.
  • Control treasury, cash flow, forecasts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Deliver financial reports to Management and Ownership.
  • Supervise tax compliance.
  • Manage banking relationships and key supplier contracts.
  • Monitor inventory valuation and budget performance.
  • Administer ERP users and ensure data integrity.
  • Lead and support the Admin & Front Office team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar.
  • 5+ years in finance/accounting roles; team coordination experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, treasury, tax, and financial control.
  • Advanced Excel + ERP experience.
  • High level of English.
