- At Tradebe, our human team is one of the pillars on which our business model is based. This is why we are looking for a **Chemical or Industrial **Engineering** to join us, working in** **the Chemical Operations department for all divisions, giving support to the Operations Director to different running projects, new projects to assess, CAPEX expenditures and relevant Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives, both from process and engineering angles.

**Your responsibilities will be**
- Project management in the different project stages.
- Feasibility studies, conceptual and basic engineering.
- Preparation of investment estimates.
- Coordination of detail engineering deliverables.
- Commissioning.
- Reporting
- Process and continuous improvement definitions.
- Process definitions / solutions, conceptual and basic engineering.
- Process risks assessment.
- Costings preparation including business case.
- Preparation of investment estimates.
- Preparation of CAPEX estimates.
- Follow up of the industrial implementation in cooperation with site management.
- CAPEX and Maintenance
- Participation in CAPEX need in all the sites.
- Technological and economical assessment of CAPEX.
- Coordination with the sites for the effective execution in time, scope and budget of the CAPEX.
- Technological homogenization between sites. Similar standards, similar set ups, similar solutions.
- Providing support to the sites to improve maintenance activities.

**What are we looking for?**
- Degree or higher studies in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with experience in Chemical Industry.
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar position.
- AutoCAD and Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent in business Spanish and English.
- German is a plus.
- Valuable knowledge of Visio and/or chemical process simulation programs.
- Person willing to grow professionally, support the team and want to develop within the company.
