**Your Tasks**:

- Full control of process design activities in engineering projects, including utilities systems / plant services.
- Design of process P&IDs.
- Carrying out process calculations: material and energy balances, head loss calculations, pump sizing, heat exchanger sizing, etc.
- Specification of process equipment and communication with equipment suppliers.
- Interaction with the piping design team for the development of complete process projects.
- Acting as discipline leader and technical lead on process and plant system projects.
- Supporting project managers throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design through engineering development, tender management, construction management, commissioning and start-up.
- Automation and control systems design skills will be an asset.

**Your Profile**:

- Preferred qualification: chemical engineer. Industrial engineers with appropriate experience would also be an asset.
- Minimum ten years' experience as process engineer in chemical (fine chemicals / batch), pharmaceutical or biotech plant environments.
- Technical leadership skills.
- Experience working in a GMP environment is an asset.
- Experience in the oil & gas sector is not an asset.

**Knowledge**
- Design of process systems and utilities / plant services in industrial chemical, pharmaceutical chemical and cosmetic plants.
- Language: native or superior level in Spanish, medium/high level of English (fluent communication, both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Windows Office package.
- Experienced user of MS Project for project planning.
