The Chemgineering Group is a global consulting and engineering company with branches in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Spain, Mexico, Poland and Serbia. As specialists for efficient processes, we design and implement demanding projects for various industries in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, fine chemicals, medical technology, cosmetics, vitamins, diagnostics and food.
**Your Tasks**:
- Ability to perform process calculations: material and energy balances, head loss calculations, sizing of pumps, heat exchangers, etc.
- Specification of process equipment and communication with equipment suppliers.
- Supporting project managers in the management of projects throughout their lifecycle, from conceptual design through engineering development, tender management, construction management, commissioning and start-up.
- Ability to manage small projects autonomously, throughout their life cycle.
- Direct client management.
- Coordination of multi-disciplinary technical project teams.
**Your Profile**:
- Preferred qualifications: chemical engineer or industrial engineer.
- Minimum two years of experience as process engineer and project engineer in chemical (fine chemicals / batch processes), pharmaceutical or biotech plant environments.
- Very flexible profile, with the ability to combine technical work with participation in multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Knowledge of GMPs and experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment is an asset.
- Experience in related sectors will be an asset: healthcare, cosmetics, food.
- Experience in the oil & gas sector is not an advantage.
**Knowledge**
- Language: native or superior level in Spanish, medium/high level of English (fluent communication, both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Windows Office package.
- Experienced user of MS Project for project planning.
