Council is seeking a motivated **Climate Resilience Project Officer** to support the delivery of our Coastal Hazard Adaptation Strategy (CHAS). This role works closely with Senior Climate Resilience Officers to drive project coordination, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and help deliver community-focused resilience initiatives across the region.

As part of our Climate Resilience team, you will bring technical insight, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to engaging with community members, partners, and internal teams. Your work will help build awareness, preparedness, and long term resilience to coastal hazards affecting our region.

** What We're Looking For**:

- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of CHAS projects and activities.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement, including community groups, Councillors, and partner agencies.
- Contribute technical input to resilience projects, inspections, and adaptation initiatives.
- Help develop resources that build understanding of coastal risks and climate impacts.
- Work collaboratively across Council to ensure consistent, effective climate resilience outcomes.
