Descripción

Empresa del sector químico precisa incorporar un IT Manager en su central de España ubicada en El Prat de LLobregat.

Será el/la responsable de copilotar la transformación digital de la empresa e impulsar la estrategia de TI asegurando que esté alineada con la estrategia de la empresa.

Contarás con un equipo de TI compuesto por 7 personas con una línea de reporte senior que cubre las diferentes disciplinas de TI.

Objetivos Principales
- Construir y adaptar la Arquitectura de la Información de la empresa apoyando a las áreas de negocio para alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos.
- Identificar y orientar las tecnologías disponibles en el mercado que coincidan con las ambiciones estratégicas del negocio.
- Impulsar a la organización para que esté más conectada y mejor informada, tomando decisiones más rápidas y precisas.
- Desarrollar las capacidades tecnológicas de los empleados de afinidad para ser más efectivos
- Ofrecer servicio, seguridad y continuidad a las operaciones de TI

Principales Áreas de Responsabilidad
- Construya una estrategia de TI y una planificación a largo plazo
- Establecer los objetivos y la planificación del departamento de TI
- Gestione el presupuesto, el valor y los riesgos de TI
- Seleccionar las tecnologías y los proveedores adecuados para optimizar las operaciones y maximizar los beneficios estratégicos
- Desarrollar sistemas: diseñar, personalizar y desarrollar, probar e impartir formación
- Implementar nuevos sistemas: preparar la transición y garantizar una puesta en marcha del proyecto sin problemas
- Ofrezca un servicio de operaciones de TI
- Mejore la experiência del usuario y el soporte
- Gestionar la infraestructura técnica: cloud, redes, centros de datos y workplace

Requisitos mínimos
- Sólida formación en TI con al menos 5 años de experiência como CIO/IT Manager.
- Apasionado/a por ser innovador.
- Conocimiento tecnológico 360º en diferentes áreas de negocio.
- Fuerte pensamiento estratégico y empresarial
- Capacidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas superiores
- Habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación sobresalientes.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de liderazgo.
- Ingeniero Informático más MBA
- Lenguajes de programación y bases de datos
- Experiência en proyectos de TI en diferentes áreas de negocio de la empresa
- Consultoría de TI e Ingeniería de Procesos
- Fluidez en español e inglés
- SAP
