**Knowledge & Experience**:
- Real estate investment analysis, economics, and international capital markets.
- Financial cash flow modeling in Excel.
- Preparation of marketing materials and sale documents.
- Buy-side consultancy, including reports and investment analysis.
- Assistance in preparing presentations and commercial documents.
- Conducting property inspections.
**Skills & Personal Qualities**:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
- ** Prior experience in valuation or financial analysis is a plus.**:
