**DUTIES AND REPONSABILITIES**:

- Assist in the preparation of proposals and market presentations
- Execution of both buy and sell-side transactions, including preparation of marketing materials and coordination of due diligence processes
- Conduct financial modelling, focusing on discounted cash flow analysis, sales comparable analysis, etc
- Identify/sourcing of potential land sales opportunities
- Research and analysis of real estate market fundamentals
- Examine the urban status of the lands under analysis
- Database management and reporting

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Administration & Law, Finance, Real Estate and Architecture (others degrees could also be valued)
- Experience in Real Estate Capital Markets or will be valued
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Accurate and exceptional attention to data and detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)
- Solid analytical and numerical skills. Confirmed proficiency in use of spread sheets
- Highly organized with ability to lead multiple tasks in a dynamic, team environment
