Junior Consultant (NPL&REO), Portfolio Services (Living Capital Markets, Madrid, Spain)
We are seeking a Junior Consultant Real Estate (NPL&REO) for our Portfolio Services team in Capital Markets (Madrid).
You will be involved in projects of NPL & REO portfolios, taking responsibility for the result and delivery
**What this job involves**:
You will coordinate be part of the team dedicated to each project, ensuring the highest standards
You will understand our clients demand from different points of view: business, Real Estate analysis and methodology.
You will work closely with different departments within JLL depending on the project. As part of our services, we provide a wide and deep understanding of Real Estate sector.
You will be part of JLL´s transformation to a technological and financial company, continuing with its solid ethical values, teamwork and client solutions with maximum real estate knowledge.
Do you have a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Law or Economics? A post-degree in Real Estate, urban planning and/or valuations will be a plus.
Do you have 2 years of experience in Real Estate sector, in clients or a Consultancy firm? Experience in NPL&REO deals is a plus
Do you have an advanced level of English? Other languages will be a plus.
Are you used to working with cashflows and other financial analysis tools? Strong analytical skills are required.
Have you been involved in processes (acquisition or sale) of REO/NPL portfolios?
Are you looking for a lead technological firm in the Real Estate sector with a great team and great ethics in its daily business?
