Join our Hospitality Capital Markets team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic sectors of commercial real estate. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals on high-profile transactions involving hotels, resorts, and mixed-use hospitality assets.
As a Capital Markets Hospitality Intern, you’ll support the team in:
- Conducting market research and financial analysis on hospitality assets
- Assisting in the preparation of pitch materials, offering memoranda, and client presentations
- Analyzing hotel operating performance, valuation metrics, and investment trends
- Tracking investor activity and compiling buyer profiles
- Supporting due diligence efforts for active transactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Valuation, Research, and Debt Advisory
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality Management, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
