At Factorial, we're looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager to help us launch new products and business opportunities in the Growth Team.

What would be your team?**:
As a Marketing & Sales Manager, you will be part of the Growth team build-up of Software Engineers, Product Designers, and Analysts. Our goal is to detect potential business opportunities at their early stage. Once we find them, we take the ownership to validate, build and scale that solution with technology and design.

Most of the team works 100% remotely. That means you will be working with people from different cities and countries. If you prefer to come to the office, we have lovely offices in Barcelona. For remote working, your timezone should be between -4/+4 CET.

**What are the basics of your role?**:
As a Marketing & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the go-to-market of Factorial’s new products at their early stage. You will talk with clients, generate a content strategy, communicate our product in multiple channels, and create any marketing campaign that helps us spread the product.

**Requirements**:
**You're a good fit if...**:

- +2 years of experience working for Marketing and Sales teams
- You have strong communication skills.
- You can speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
- You have experience talking with clients and stakeholders to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- You can detect user problems inside our products to communicate them with the team.
- You can manage content generation and strategy.
- You can communicate and generate different campaigns cross-channel, including social media.
- You can work with problems and not bounded solutions and requirements.
- You take full ownership of the challenges, from research to the final solution.
- You love new challenges.
- You always try to learn new things.

**You have a plus if...**:

- You have experience working in a changing environment.
- You are acquainted with business metrics like acquisition and activation.
- You know the basics and best practices about SEO.
- You have worked previously on a Growth team
- You know how to measure the impact of your decisions in the business.
- You worked in SAAS company previously.
