**Job description**
Smartia is a company dedicated to the marketing and sales sector, located in the heart of Barcelona. It is currently growing with opportunities for various positions within the sales department, positions such as Commercial Agent, Team Leader, Shift Manager, etc. Ideal for motivated people who want to grow both professionally and economically.
permanent contract of 40 hours per week.
We are looking for highly motivated english speaking sales agents, with great negotiating power and ambitious to join our team of professionals.
Previous experience will be valued, but not indispensable, as you will be given initial training.
**Main duties will be**:
1. B2C phone calls to convert previously registered prospects into active customers.
2. Handling CRM to manage customers.
3. Meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets.
4. Contribute to the growth and development of the department and the company.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in telemarketing.
- Experience in CRM management.
- Experience working with KPIs.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Energy and motivation.
- Desire to participate in the development of a great project.
**Valuable skills**:
- Financial orientation.
- Work well under pressure.
