Join our team as a Corporate IT Lead and be at the forefront of shaping the future of our workplace technology infrastructure We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to lead our Corporate IT function in Barcelona or Remote in Spain. As the Corporate IT Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional workplace experiences and support to our European workforce.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute Corporate IT strategy: Drive the development and execution of cost-efficient Corporate IT strategies aligned with our overall objectives, ensuring optimal IT services and support globally.
- Enhance workplace experience and support: Continuously improve the workplace experience and support by identifying opportunities for enhancement, streamlining processes, and implementing cost-efficient solutions.
- Build and lead a high-performing team: Recruit, develop, and lead a skilled Corporate IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and cost-consciousness to optimize team performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to establish strong partnerships, manage costs, and ensure cost-efficient delivery of Corporate IT services.
- Drive cost-efficient technology solutions: Evaluate and implement cost-efficient technology solutions, considering budget constraints and optimizing IT expenditure while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

**What you need to succeed**:

- 5+ years of relevant, full-time experience
- Strong track record of relevant, full-time experience in Corporate IT or related leadership roles, with a focus on optimizing IT costs and driving cost-efficient solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively as a valued team player in dynamic, autonomous, cross-functional, and agile teams within the Corporate IT domain.
- Experience in designing, analyzing, optimizing corporate IT infrastructure and troubleshooting complex global systems.
- Previous experience working with vendors and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions and services within the Corporate IT function.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning to implementation, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to project timelines.
- Strong systematic problem-solving skills coupled with effective communication abilities and a proactive drive for achieving results in a Corporate IT leadership role.
- Passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and quick iteration within the Corporate IT function, fostering innovation and driving improvement.
