Field Sales Executive

For our customer, a leader in **orthodontic technology, STANDBY** is recruiting its **Field Sales Executive** (based in **Madrid**).
This position is for an established sales executive who will be the primary **owner of core product sales** in a defined geographical territory of Spain (centro area).
**Minimum Job Requirements**:
+ Proactively search out new business to maximize sales and reach sales objectives across the assigned territory through face-to-face meetings / telephone support
+ Increase sales and average order size by means of up-selling, cross-selling add-on-sales, and portfolio selling with current accounts introducing core product sales
+ Maintain high value customers with service requested, order tracking, and following up on account concerns
+ Maintain relationships with universities and assist in the development of education programs working in conjunction with the Head of Business Development (HBD), Business Development Manager (BDM) and Marketing + Student support and graduate support development
+ Provide appropriate customer service either personally or through Customer Service support team
+ Proactive analysis of current key account purchases to introduce new sales groups
+ Provide technical information as needed to customers
+ Monitor and analyze any significant market trends and competitor activity reporting to HBD and Marketing
+ Timely reporting and meeting deadlines
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:
+ Bachelors' degree preferred
+ Five years of face to face - B2B sales experience
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal in both Spanish and English
+ Excellent command of managing the whole sales process from start to finish
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
+ Knowledge of CRM software a plus: SalesForce
