**Job description**
In order to reinforce the Customer Care, to ensure delivery of a consistently high level of customer care for Swatch and Flik Flak customers by continually reviewing and developing the customer care function, SWATCH is currently searching for a Customer Care Assistant for Spain Market via Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesale markets.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- To proactively contact customers to troubleshoot any potential complaints before they arise.
- Monitoring all customer correspondence and phone calls to ensure they are dealt with in the prescribed manner and in a timely fashion.
- Increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and loyalty as well as fulfilment of customer expectations.
- Develop yourself into an integral part of the team working together with sales assistant and ecommerce specialist and retail sales staff, ensuring clear communication between colleagues and our customers.
- Continuously develop your knowledge and understanding of the brands products, materials, specifications and services and procedures/policies.

You have a commercial degree with proven experience in a similar Customer Care position in an local or international environment. In addition, you have good computer skills and the ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a team.
You must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your priorities in line with the business needs.
- Confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Have a high level of self-motivation to continuously develop yourself.
- Curious about the brand and products.
- Strong communication skills in dealing with customers and an open, customer-oriented approach.

- Action oriented and capable of anticipating the customer’s needs in an open and friendly way at all times, you have excellent communication skills and demonstrate real ability to build customer relationships.
Your proactivity, flexibility and sense of service enable you to work independently and to keep an overview in stressful situations. In addition, you are able to set priorities and demonstrate excellent organisational skills as well as being diplomatic and solution-oriented.
This position requires an excellent level of oral and written communication in English (mandatory), and Spanish (mandatory). Any other language is an asset.
**Professional requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or help desk department.
- commercial degree or similar.
- MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills in dealing with customers and an open, customer-oriented approach.
**Languages**
- C1 English and Spanish.
