Click on the link below to learn what our employees have to say about Evonik: Key Responsibilities: - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion. - Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Applied Innovation, regulatory, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure project deliverables are met. - Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. - Provide regular project updates to senior management. Qualifications: - University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineers or related areas; University degree (Master or preferably PhD), technicians with Bachelor level and >5 years of job experience are considered under certain circumstances as well. - Profound knowledge of biochemistry and organic chemistry, preferably in the research and production of peptides and proteins - Profound knowledge of lab and production scale equipment and its use for production of peptides and peptide related Delivery System technologies and products - Profound knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical Delivery System technologies - Fluent in English and Spanish - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Experience working with intercultural and cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of project management software and tools.
