We are looking for a dynamic Logistics and Procurement Coordinator, with a ‘hands-on mentality’ and a pragmatic drive for solutions. In this broad role you’ll combine your logistics expertise with a touch of commercial business sense. You will be working in a relatively small but close and passionate team in our offices in Barcelona.
**What will you do**
As Logistics and Procurement Coordinator you will coordinate the procurement and export processes for our exciting investment projects. More specifically you will:
- coordinate tender processes;
- monitor forecasts and purchase / sales orders;
- manage all aspects of shipment process, including booking, picking, tracking, assuring compliance to trade regulations etc.;
- review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy;
- maintain effective relationship with suppliers and clients.

**Who are you?**
We are looking for someone:
- with a bachelor’s degree in logistics, international studies or business (or similar direction), combined with 2-5 years relevant work experience;
- who speaks fluently Spanish and English (given you will be working in an international environment); and
- who preferably has experience with SAP S/4 Hana (this is an advantage, not a must).
