**Procurement Manager Spain**:
This is a unique and exciting role for a procurement manager that wants to really add value to our company. It is a very all-round role where you have on one part a lot of strategic and management responsibilities and on the other hand will also be busy with hands-on procurement with local suppliers.

You will be responsible for all categories, Raw Materials, Indirect Logistics, and contractors. You will work together closely with the Global Procurement Organization (GPO). This role will be based at Suria, Barcelona (Spain).

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead procurement for all categories, including raw materials, indirect logistics, and contractors.
- Manage and coordinate all procurement activities within the HUB, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Drive implementation of procurement improvements and best practices.
- Represent the procurement organization within the HUB to ensure optimal service and alignment with local site needs.
- Conduct strategic negotiations for significant HUB products and oversee the implementation of local contracts.
- Collaborate with site management to address needs, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and risk reduction.
- Manage and develop a local procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Analyze supply and demand trends to perform best-in-class negotiations and ensure effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with ICL’s procurement standards and procedures.

**To succeed in this role**:
Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with an additional (Master’s) degree in Business preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in procurement and contracting, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Demonstrable success in managing complex, cross-functional procurement activities and developing/executing key processes.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
- Proven ability to develop and empower teams while inspiring collaboration and innovation.
- Results-driven with the ability to act decisively and manage change effectively.
- Experience working in matrix management structures.

- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team empowerment and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Languages:

- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
