**Global Marketing & Communication Senior Buyer** **7Experts** **est le spécialiste de l’implémentation et de l’exécution de projets stratégiques et opérationnels dans les domaines des achats, de la fiscalité, de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et du droit, apportant à nos clients des solutions globales, focalisées sur l’amélioration de la rentabilité et de l’efficacité. **Que cherchons-nous ?** Actuellement, nous souhaitons recruter, un Global Marketing et Communication Senior Buyer, disposant d’une expérience pour rejoindre un de nos clients, un important groupe international en pleine croissance du secteur retail. N’hésitez pas et rejoignez-nous **Missions**: **** - Rédiger et construire la stratégie d’achat globale pour le marketing et la communication et valider à côté du leader. - Cartographier les achats marketing et communication par pays. - Prévoir, gérer et coordonner les achats du marketing et communication et assurer le déploiement de la stratégie du groupe au niveau mondial. - Accompagner au mieux tous les pays. - Mettre en place des outils de suivi de la consommation et de la facturation pour mesurer les gains et l’évolution. - Obtenir des rapports de facturation détaillés des fournisseurs. - Analyser et organiser la catégorie marketing et communication. - Participer et collaborer à l’élaboration de la stratégie globale d’achat de la catégorie marketing et communication. - Définir et cibler les économies potentielles. - Co-diriger les achats internationaux de marketing et communication. - Établir un benchmark mondial annuel sur le coût du marketing et de la communication/coût durable. - Soutenir et contester les coûts de marketing et de communication au niveau régional et national. - Être un référent pour les leaders du marketing et de la communication dans les pays. - Définir les meilleures pratiques d'achat Marketing & Communication au niveau européen.  - Rédiger le "Guide des Achats Marketing & Communication" pour communiquer et orienter les relais locaux. **Profil**:  - Formation supérieure niveau bac +5 en École d'Ingénieur ou École de Commerce. - Expertise achats avancée sur les catégories marketing & communication. - Solide expérience dans un environnement international. - Solide expérience managériale et stratégique au sein d’un environnement agile. - 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire dans le secteur retail. - Français et Anglais obligatoires. - Personne avec esprit d’équipe, dynamique et enthousiaste.  - Capacité d’influence, leadership, très bon relationnel, proactivite, compétences organisationnelles. **Que proposons-nous ?** **** - Incorporation dans l'une des entreprises leaders de son secteur en croissance permanente. - Une équipe accueillante, passionnée, dynamique. - Un salaire adapté à votre profil.  - Un excellent environnement de travail qui vous aidera à vous développer professionnellement et personnellement. , **_ La créativité, le travail d'équipe, l'intégrité et la passion sont les valeurs qui nous représentent._** **_ Voulez-vous être le maillon qui fait la différence ?_
