Job Description**
About the role KLG Global Marketing Manager**

Your time is spent across 3 main areas: global marketing projects, product marketing and content marketing. Some duties may overlap, and the proportion of time spent across these areas may fluctuate throughout the year. You will also be responsible for managing two Marketing Executives who will help support projects across the Global Marketing remit.

**Global Marketing Projects**
- Global marketing projects span across a range of areas. The focus will be around global campaigns but may also include supporting other related activities which cover multiple channels and markets, managing the scope and deliverables.
- Own the project/campaign brief from start to finish. This includes project initiation, gathering stakeholder requirements and delivery of assets across all channels
- Ensure that project/campaign timelines are adhered to, including the delivery of signed-off and on-brand assets
- Manage and maintain Brandfolder - our asset management library

In an effort to centralise support for the business, you may also be a point of contact for new business initiatives across the company. This may be to take on and run a project from start to finish, including working with academic/schools and sales operations teams to deliver marketing collateral
**Product Marketing and Marketing Materials**
- Helping with the launch of new products and the merchandising of existing, you will gather requirements from the business to inform the marketing team of what is required.
- Be the central contact worldwide for product related marketing support and manage and maintain all product and school fact files
- Update any existing marketing materials related to the promotion of our products across the website and offline material
- Help launch any new products, following processes and our product matrix to gather required information and providing to relevant teams to get live
**Content Marketing**
- You will be responsible for global content marketing for the blog, global campaigns and social media, providing strategic direction to all global accounts.
- Working across all of the above content marketing channels, you will work with main stakeholders to set and monitor the content marketing strategy, setting KPIs and reporting on the results
- You will be responsible for the management of the KLG blogs and provide content than supports the rest of the language blogs for all the brands, commissioning articles and content pieces and ensuring they are shared and promoted
- You will manage the content marketing series, ensuring that we are providing content across a wide array of topics to support upper and lower funnel activity and work with the SEO specialist to support SEO objectives
**Social Media**
- You will be ultimately responsible for global social media accounts, working with the Global Marketing Executives to co-ordinate and execute social media plans
- Ensure content is posted and boosted appropriately across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Work with the main stakeholders to ensure all content across all global, regional and schools’ social media is on-brand
- Support the schools with creating and promoting content for their pages - providing any centralised messages and assets for posting
- Help source and distribute user generated content between the schools and regional marketing teams
- Report on the performance of the global social media accounts
**Team management**
- You will manage two Marketing Executives, ensuring they support your projects and uphold the expected standard of service to the department.
- Hold 1-to-1 meetings on a regular basis to ensure they are supported and on track
- Set and monitor objectives throughout the year
- Be a point of escalation where needed on projects
- Oversee and sign off deliverables to uphold a high level of quality

**Qualifications**:
To be considered for the role, you will need the following:
**Experience**:

- Experience on delivering large projects, showing planning and execution capacity and project management skills
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in product marketing and content management
- Able to establish effective relationship with business stakeholders
- Strong independent decision-making
