**Global Marketing Manager, Skin Care**

Lubrizol Life Science (LLS) Beauty aims to be at the forefront of ingredients innovation and create the most remarkable customer experience. LLS Beauty offers ample expertise in polymer technologies that deliver a beautiful skin experience and provide consumers with a distinct sensory and texture benefits, gently hydration and elegant after-feel.

This high visibility leader will develop and, through a global team of marketing professionals, drive the execution of the global marketing strategy for Lubrizol Advanced Material’s Skin Care - a dynamic, innovative, consumer focused business with double digit year-over-year growth.
- Geographical flexibility for the talent with the right experience based out of one of Lubrizol Beauty regional centers

**Essential Job Functions**
As Skin Care Global Marketing Manager, you will:

- Develop and implement the global marketing strategy with a sense of urgency to achieve our desired target market position
- Lead the global marketing function for Skin Care, including direct and indirect marketing resources
- Manage the performance and development of employees and ensure we have the right talent and organizational capabilities
- Keep close contact with the industry, stay abreast of trends, maintain critical external relationships
- Collaborate with Product Management team on global launch price strategy to ensure financial and growth targets are achieved
- Lead new product launches by providing direction on positioning, pricing and placement to ensure market acceptance and overall alignment of new product with business strategy
- Oversee and influence product management to ensure product portfolio decisions in line with business strategy and profitability targets
- Direct and/or develop promotional activities, sales tools, advertising, customer presentations, trade shows and conferences

**Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and MBA (or equivalent) from an accredited college/university
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in B2B and/or B2C companies
- Fluent in English (Spanish and French will be a plus)
- Ability to travel - 20-25% travel, global
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Industry recognized marketing leader
- Project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, matrix organization and develop relationships with internal partners including customer service, supply chain, product management and demand management
