**Job Definition**:
As a Sales Analyst you are part of our sales team. Within our agile managed team, you support your sales colleagues to enable pricing adapted to the customer needs and to identify customer potentials. In addition, you will have close interfaces with the product owners of your unit as well as with our central controlling team.

Your field of activity includes the following tasks:

- **Track and Forecast**: Analyse and create sales-relevant key figures, standard evaluations, monitoring options and special evaluations for your business unit
- **Product Cost/Price Calculation**: Calculate applicable customer prices depending on solution, fee type, usage and individual contracts; configure our ERP system accordingly
- **Billing Management**: Follow-up customer billings; ensure that billing targets are met and identify billing issues and fix them
- **Ensure Accuracy**: Perform internal fee audits and develop our internal sales tracking tools
- **Support Development**: Participate actively in the further development of our offer of products, services and price model

**Job Qualification**:

- A commercial education ideally with a focus on sales or a comparable degree
- 3+ years of professional experience in a comparable back office sales position
- Very high affinity for numbers and experience in the interpretation of (sales) data
- Competence with Excel; Access, Dynamics 365 or Power BI would be a plus
- Full proficiency in English; German would be a plus. French, Spanish or Italian even better
