We’re looking for a Sell Analyst to analyze and report the information about the sells with the purpose of increase sales productivity in the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our SALES ANALYST, you are responsible for [sell in and sell out analysis and monitoring.] You will work on different reports, mainly on POs and helping the prestige side of the business in their sales strategies.

**Your main focus**:
SELL IN- Develop comprehensive reports and intuitive dashboards to support decision-making processes. Analysis the sales of the month. Stock control of sales. Preparation of sales forecasts for the plan per month and per line. Follow-up of discounts on sales. Follow-up of the charges and the sell -out actions. Track expenses. Monitoring and detection of risks and opportunities for the company. Compile the information for reports

SELL OUT- Analysis by brands and lines. Analysis by product Analysis by client and area. Analysis of novelties.

The team consists of Sales analysts and you will work closely together with several departments such as marketing, demand planning and costumer service. The department you will work in is called the CSOE, where you will have a chance to learn more about what drives the beauty industry forward.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to deep dive in numbers and figures. As a Sales analyst, you and you get energy from working with Excel and reports in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
Bachelor degree of Business Administration or similar Proficiency in Excel is a must (consolidation and linking of different databases, creation of different reports and dashboards) 2 years of experience by sell
- in and out analyst or similar. Experience on controlling is desirable Fluency Spanish and English Analytical capacity Capacity for teamwork and collaborate with other departments.
