We look forward to incorporate, for our operations in Germany an After-Sales Technician who will be responsible of the daily contact with customers (distributors) in order to solve any incidents, with a clear technical profile and customer service.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
- Customer Service Area_
- Technical consultations, contacts to check problems (electrical, hydraulic, electronic, mechanical), troubleshooting and support outputs in repairs and issues.
- To Provide technical assistance to customers - distributors and important costumers in Central Europe area (having special attention on Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic and Croatia).
- Availability to travel
- Technical training of the distributors.
- Working area in the workshop_
- Machine repair, engines disassembly or new parts will be necessary as warranty.
- To Perform trials and tests.
- To Drive continuous improvements doing periodically department meetings.
- Spare parts_
- Liability for the invoicing of spare parts, agreements between filial and main branch.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Training cycle of medium or higher degree in the branch of Automotive or Metal.
- Experience of, at least, 3 years as a mechanical and after-sales technician, preferentially in the industrial machinery sector.
- Specific training in after-sales techniques, customer service and quality.
- Proficiency in German and English, other languages are valuable
We are thinking of a person with: A high autonomy degree, capacity of organization and flexibility, technological knowledge similar to our product and processes, proactivity empathy with the environment that interacts.
