Are you ready to work as **_Sales Fin Assoc Manager_** in PepsiCo?

You will lead Spain Modern trade (OT / Retail) and Beverages Horeca planning agenda in order to provide channel financial targets, business performance analysis and support to Sales team in decision making.

Become Sales team business partner by supporting management in providing proper business analysis and financial assessment.

Provide accurate outlook forecasting by anticipating plan derailers and proposing alternatives to offset them. Identify levers and trends to hold proper discussion with Sales teams on how to manage plan deviation.

Follow up target achievement and ensure accreative business performance by: providing top line analysis, anticipating target derailers, provide deviations analysis and evaluate new alternatives.

Enhance focus on Customer by working close to KAs teams by supporting customer profitability analysis to anticipate dilutive trends and initiatives and identify opportunities at this level of granularity to help overall channel to meet targets.
- Provide D&A spend analysis by customer to propose more efficient
- Support to product/category mix management
- Efficient promo strategy landing at customer level.

Your day to day with us:_**

**Deliver Growth**:

- Lead OT/Retail and Horeca channel AOP/FCST processes in order to translate into top line financial targets current trends, identify future risks and opportunities and ensure alignment with BU overall targets.

Ensure proper translation to financial target of all commercial strategies and initiatives planned and alignment for final targets to all stakeholders.

Identify levers to define annual scorecard to track channel performance in order to anticipate derailers and propose alternatives to address possible deviations.
- Responsible for channel monthly financial results tracking to provide Sales team and Executive team a clear picture of channel business performance.

Analysis of main drivers for target deviation (Volume/Price) compared versus plan/forecast and previous year and propose alternatives to close the gap.
- Interact with KAs team to provide Customer performance and reach consensus to improve current situation

Support Sales team in Customer plan negotiation process: Annual agreement renovations, Exclusivity agreements
Provide mix management proposals that improve performance and profitability
- Financial ad-hocs support for better business Management
**Create Efficiency**:

- Become financial point of contact for Retail and HORECA channel Sales Director by providing clear picture of channel top line and profitability performance.
- Work as part of Sales tem by providing financial business review and identifying relationship between business strategies and P&L impact to support decision making.
- Provide Net Revenue Realization tracking to KAs by conducting proper analysis and working together with Revenue Management teams.
- Support KA’s team to improve Customers profitability by evaluating initiatives and proposing alternatives.
- Lead Channel/Customer profitability analysis one product, packtype, brand or channel dilution and identifying issues or opportunities to related functional teams (pricing, sizing, D&A review, delisting sku’s)
- Warranty single source data that fulfills Sales team needs and provide strategic analysis that facilitates Sales team better sales execution and improves strategic thinking.
**Leadership Team Accountabilities**:

- Become business partner for Sales team
- Lead a multi-site team developing direct reports in different new roles within transition to new operating model.
- Interact with multifunctional teams

**Qualifications/Requirements**:**_
What do you need to succeed?_**
- Bachelor or Master in Business Administration
- Advanced proficiency business English both oral and written.
- Deep knowledge of Commercial and Sales background.
- Extensive knowledge of financial indicators and P&L structures.
- Experience: 5 - 8 years in similar function
