As a Customer Account Solution Engineer at Starmind, you are the bridge between our customers and our tech team. You understand our customers' environment, which allows you to bring back valuable insights for our product, engineers, and AI Team. On the customer front, you work closely with our customer success and sales team to provide our customers' best experience.

**What You Will Do?**
- You’ll be partnering with our Customer Success specialists and masterminding the roll out of Starmind for our new and existing customers, providing seamless integration into their workflows and systems
- You will be responsible for finding the integration opportunities in our customers tech stack and creating POCs for the new solutions
- You provide insights into the system's performance for internal and external stakeholders using SQL to provide reports and recommendations
- You will also engage in providing support on customer accounts, helping to ensure any issues or concerns are addressed by the right people and in good time
- You will be responsible for initial analysis on the SAML/Platform related issues/bugs and will report them to our Engineering Team if necessary
- If you need to take action to fix any issues you should able to automate this processes using any programming language
- You will develop your knowledge around our connectors into customer-specific data sources

**Who You Are**:

- You are comfortable and successful in communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
- You have a 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- You are motivated by making our customers successful, using some of the most advanced technology in the field
- You have good programming skills in Typescript & NodeJS or hands-ons experience in software development in any other programming language
- You are very well aware of Rest APIs, SQL, and web technologies
- Reliable, responsible and able to thrive in a hybrid or remote environment
- Fluent English is essential, fluent German would be an advantage
- You're not afraid of a challenge and you see failure as a learning opportunity
- You are eager to experiment with new technologies and find out how best to deploy them in support of your objectives

**Bonus Points**:

- Knowledge of Azure and Kubernetes is a big advantage
- Past experience in NodeJs and Typescript is a plus
- A Computer Science degree or similar would be great; this is not essential if you can demonstrate practical knowledge in the relevant areas.
- Maybe you come from a completely unrelated background but found you have a natural ability in software development
