At Enghouse Interactive Spain we are looking for an Electronics, Telecommunications or Systems Engineering profile to work in our Customer Support team either from our office in Barcelona or remotely from any city in Spain.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide technical support and assistance to strategic partners and customers from EMEA.
- Provide advice on problems related to SIP or Asterisk trunks.
- Perform Updates and Upgrades of the company's software.
- Lead meetings with partners and customers for incident resolution.
- Ensure effective closure of reported incidents.
- Update the Knowledge Base (KBA) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to help continuously improve the support service provided to customers, partners, and internal staff.
- Maintain a high level of customer service for all support cases.
**REQUIREMENTS**
**Minimum Experience**
Professional in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Systems Engineering, preferably bilingual, with at least 2 years of experience in Asterisk solutions implementation. In addition, experience in Oracle or MSSQL databases is a plus.
**Desirable knowledge in**:
- Networking.
- Linux.
- Windows Server.
- VoIP Gateways.
- Wireshark.
- SIP.
- VoIP diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze Asterisk logs.
- Avaya Tsapi.
**Languages**
Conversational English and Spanish.
