**Senior Customer Support Engineer **to join us

**Here is a little taste of your challenge**:

- Work with our customers across a wide range of topics, from basic administration of our SDK to deep consultative conversations around design, optimization, and implementation.
- Manage support cases from beginning to end.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with our customers to help them be successful.
- Provide technical support to different stakeholders (business teams, customers ).
- Design and execute technical implementations and integrations with client systems.
- Manage conversations with technical stakeholders from clients.
- Be curious, always willing to learn, and always looking for ways to improve our products, processes, and culture.
- Stay aware of emerging technologies and techniques that can be beneficial to the role and team.

**Who are you? There is no set route to become part of Build38. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind**:

- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- +5 years working in a customer engineering role.
- Software development experience using Agile development practices.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Python and NodeJS languages.
- Experience working with Cloud and SaaS services for data ingestion, processing and storage.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading technical product demonstrations.
- Business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills to assist with customer requirements
