**FUNCTIONS**: Our client is an important media agency. Nowadays they are looking for an Affiliate Director based in Madrid. Responsabilities: - Be at the forefront of Affiliate knowledge by keeping up to date with industry news and developments - Contribute in developing new products and ways of working that improve Affiliate results - Build an understanding of the client's business and digital marketing objectives - Help to educate the clients on Affiliate strategies and tactics; engage clients in the world of digital communications by demonstrating its direct response, creative and brand building abilities - Use your personal passion and creativity to help develop intelligent, innovative and effective ideas and process improvements for your clients - Contribute your own ideas and opinions on your client's business, how we work, and the industry we're in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meetings - Work with an attitude of 'it's up to me to make it happen’ - Have a solid understanding of the client's business, with emphasis on their area of responsibility - Help in preparation for and attend sales pitches as required - Provide consistent and effective support to Brand Lead, Brand Directors, Brand Managers and Digital Business Directors What We Are Looking For: - Good knowledge of performance based and affiliate marketing (B2C & B2B). - Good knowledge of affiliate platform - Awin, Rakuten, Impact, Google Analytic - Account & project management or similar relationship management experience required. - Extremely numerate with a superb understanding of cost control. - Sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentational) - Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment - Fluent English - both written and spoken
