- We are currently seeking a **Head of Business Development - Engineering Services** to join our **Technical Assistance Division** in Madrid.
This is a **key leadership role** focused on driving business growth, operational performance, and client success within our engineering service projects.
**Your role / Tu día a día**
- Lead and coordinate business operations within the **Technical Assistance unit**, ensuring project excellence and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute **growth strategies** across key clients in energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Act as the main interface between **clients and internal engineering teams**, ensuring alignment and delivery of commitments.
- Manage the **proposal and bidding process** in collaboration with Business Development and Technical teams.
- Monitor KPIs, project performance, and financial results to optimize operations.
- Support **recruitment and allocation** of engineering profiles to ongoing and new projects.
- Promote best practices, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with Vulcain Group objectives.
**What we’re looking for / Lo que buscamos**
- University degree in **Engineering**, **Business Administration**, or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in technical consulting, engineering services, or technical assistance environments.
- Strong background in **client-facing roles**, project coordination, and business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in **English and Spanish** (mandatory); **French or German** is a plus.
- Familiarity with the **engineering and energy sectors** and tools such as **Excel, Power BI, ERP/CRM platforms**.
