Position Overview

We are looking for an individual contributor who is eager to independently drive and manage global programs and initiatives, for several Autodesk partner types. In this role, you are the glue between the Channel Strategy & Planning team and the geo/regional programs teams. You take the design concept and determine how to implement it. You are an effective communicator and continuously think about how to best prepare and support the regions around the world through rollout and ongoing management. In this role, you are working closely with different global and regional stakeholders across a variety of business functions. You perform a versatile role, including detailed design of initiatives, programs and processes, project management, communications, and the governance process. We expect you to build a professional and international internal and external network that jointly provides industry solutions to the market that allows our customers to Make Anything.

**Responsibilities**:
- Overarch accountability for the programs through the program lifecycle- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, centers of excellence, geo and regional leads for input, socialization, and deployment- Work closely with Rewards Center of Excellence to ensure program design aligns to relevant markets- Monitor program effectiveness ongoing to further refine and evolve- Facilitate the design and build process by preparing materials as needed to support the annual changes - support the geo/regions in planning rollout and run activities and prepare in-year changes as they come- Be a strong connecting tissue between key stakeholders, other parts of the Global Sales and Channel Strategy team and the Geo/regional Channel Program management team- Prepare program approval process & document approvals, prepare communication materials (briefing materials, certain training materials etc.), program documentation and approval, contractual updates (notifications, guides etc.)- Be an individual contributor but as a program lead be a team player with a passion to connect everyone and everything- Be responsible given the impact and rollout scope certain programs may have as it is essential that timelines are kept and formal processes for projects are applied- Be part of a team that is spread globally - the position includes participation in WW calls that may take place early mornings or late evenings

Minimum Qualifications- BA/BS degree- Ability to work independently and prioritize, self-motivated with can-do attitude- Ability to see and consider the end-to-end impact of a program or initiative, including business, operational, finance, legal and regional aspects when engaging in detailed design process- Ability and interest in understanding the details of the program or initiative, which may include systems and data sets- Good understanding of how multi-tier channel go-to-market works- Good communication skills (written, presenting) and comfortable presenting to senior leadership- Good program documentation skills (written) with attention to details- Project management skills (including managing project team members)- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and you thrive in a dynamic, changing environment- Advanced skills of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word- Ability to use comfortably MS Office and online/web-based communication tools (Team, Zoom, Go-to meeting etc.) daily- Proven work experience in multi-geographical or global program management roles

Preferred Qualifications- Excellent end-to-end process analysis skills and detailed orientation- Excellent communication skills (written, presenting, PowerPoint) and comfortable presenting to senior leadership
