- **Haleon** es una empresa internacional del sector farmacéutico y consumer health que trabaja con clientes de farmacia, mayoristas y grandes cadenas de retail. El **Departamento de Commercial Effectiveness** provee soporte analítico y herramientas que mejoran la efectividad comercial en canales como Farmacia y Mass Market.

Las prácticas se desarrollarán en el **área de Trade Spend Management**, encargada de gestionar los presupuestos de ventas y promociones del canal Mass Market, asegurando su correcta implementación.

Objetivos formativos - Programa CITIUS
- Los objetivos se alinean con el **Plan de Formación Práctica** del programa (6-12 meses) y el **Plan Académico de Formación** (mín. 20‑31 ECTS según edición) economicasyempresariales.ucm.es+9citius-uam.org+9Universidad Autónoma de Madrid+9:

- **Aplicación del conocimiento académico**: relacionar análisis económico-financiero y de ventas con la práctica real en Trade Spend.
- ** Trabajo en equipo y comunicación**: colaboración con Key Account Managers, equipo de ventas y otros departamentos.
- **Herramientas de gestión**: uso avanzado de SAP, Excel y PowerPoint para gestionar promociones y condiciones comerciales.
- **Análisis de KPI**: Net Sales, GTN vs año anterior y vs target; estimación de cargos y control de reportes.
- **Gestión de procesos internos**: propuesta de mejoras en la eficiencia de los sistemas analíticos y de reporte.
- **Visión global del negocio**: interacción interdepartamental diaria para comprender la cadena comercial completa. ‍
- Titulación: Graduado/a en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía o carreras afines.
- Nível de inglés: B2‑C1
- Nível intermedio de Excel; experiência con SAP y PowerPoint será valorada como valor añadido.
- Habilidades: iniciativa, proactividad, constancia, positividad, trabajo en equipo, aprendizaje continuo, flexibilidad, integridad y apertura a la diversidad e inclusión.
