The Head of Commercial Finance & Governance is a senior leadership role sitting at the intersection of Finance and Commercial, with direct visibility and accountability to the Board.The role exists to introduce, establish, embed, and sustain commercial governance in a business that has historically grown through entrepreneurial decision-making, informal practices, and siloed ways of working.This role ensures that commercial strategy, execution, and investment decisions are financially sound, consistently governed, transparent to leadership and the Board, and aligned to sustainable, profitable growth.Act as a guardian of commercial disciplineProvide clear, unbiased insight into revenue quality, margins, and ROIEnsure management decisions are data-driven and properly governedReduce commercial risk without slowing the business unnecessarilyPrepare and present commercial finance insights to the Board and CommitteesReport on revenue quality, margins, pricing discipline, and commercial ROITranslate complex commercial activity into decision-ready insightsAct as a trusted advisor to the Board on commercial and financial risksCommercial Partnership (Sales & Marketing)Siga leyendo para comprender completamente lo que este trabajo requiere en cuanto a habilidades y experiencia.
