**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Client Onboarding Quality Control Analyst **, you will perform Quality Control on the Client Due Diligence file Client Onboarding, Refresh and Offboarding assuring that the process is duly performed as per the internal policies and procedures.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Perform quality control on the Onboarding of new Clients, checking all KYC and Regulatory files prior to submission to 1LOD for sign-off Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and updating policies and procedures related to Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Issue guidance.
- Provide AML guidance for new to Bank customer verification requirements and related matters regarding new clients Review and update, in conjunction with 1 and 2 LoD, compliance-related forms, training material, etc.
- Escalate any issue regarding KYC or Regulatory to 1 LoD for its approval.
- Assist with periodic risk assessment process; review of risk rating methodology of customers and backup lead position Provide assistance to or back up other areas within the team as necessary.
- Participate in special/ad-hoc requests or projects Any other activity inherent to the role

EXPERIENCE
- Experience in KYC/AML, Financial Crime, Regulatory Compliance or Internal Audit

EDUCATION
- Business Administration, Economics or Law

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong understanding of corporate and institutional clients, their organizational structures and business needs.
- Knowledge KYC and AML policies Understanding of relevant systems required to effectively manage and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements related to Client Onboarding process, such as: MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, CRS, FATCA, etc.
