SBGM fue creada con el objetivo de ser un centro de excelencia en la gestión de operaciones que requieren de un alto grado de especialización. Está dirigida a la ejecución de procesos especializados y proyectos corporativos de Negocios Globales: Mercados, Financiaciones, Banca Transaccional, Riesgos Mayorista, Intervención General, etc.

QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

Como Investment Research Administrator, tu objetivo será dar soporte a los equipos de analistas y ventas de Investment Research a nível global, así como realizar los controles necesarios y gestionar el acceso de los clientes CIB del Banco al producto de Research en los diferentes canales de distribución del mismo.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Elaboración y envío de reportes de consumo del producto de Investment Research.
- Alta y baja de clientes en los sistemas del banco para que puedan acceder a los diferentes productos de Research elaborados por Santander.
- Gestión y centralización de contratos de Research firmados entre los clientes y el Banco.
- Control mensual de la facturación de contratos y comprobación de datos en las herramientas internas.
- Control mensual de clientes a nível usuario con acceso a las diferentes plataformas de Research del Banco.
- Mantenimiento de los datos de los clientes accediendo al producto de Research en distintas bases de datos.

EXPERIENCIA
- 2/3 años de experiência en atención al cliente y tareas administrativas de gestión de datos (Excel).
- Manejo avanzado de paquete office.
- Nível alto de Inglés.
- Se valorará tener conocimientos de productos de tesorería y regulatorios de Mercado (MIFID II), pero no es requisito indispensable.

EDUCACIÓN
- Se valorará Economía, Finanzas y/o Administración de Empresas

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Imprescindible manejo avanzado de paquete office y nível avanzado de Inglés.
- Persona resolutiva, rigurosa y con capacidad de organización.
