We want to make sure our people reflect the communities across the world we help travel. **Job Description**: We are looking for an HR Business Partner who is able to work independently, enjoys a hands-on approach, and who can interface effectively with professionals at all levels. The HR Business Partner will work closely with some of our Customer Service areas, located in Spain, Italy, India, and Germany on a daily basis as well as in close collaboration with the other function of HR. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver the operational HR plan for Customer Service department, - Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, employee engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity, - Maintain good relationship with the Manager of the area of reference, well understanding the necessity of the business, - Support key HR projects and process improvements, - Ensure alignment of HR programs working with peers and colleagues in the other countries, - Provide input in terms of local employment legislation, policies and practices. **Qualifications**: - Strong experience as an HR Generalist, Talant Acquisition Manager or HR Business Partner for Customer Service environment - Experience with International company - University degree in HR management, Law or Economics - Fluent in English - A team player, with strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
