**What You’ll Do**

As a Production Engineer Intern, you won’t just be getting coffee or taking notes—you’ll be right in the action, working on real-world projects that will define the future of aerospace. Here’s what your journey will look like:
Bring Order to Innovation - Draft Activity Licence documentation, ensuring our revolutionary projects stay compliant and ahead of the curve.

Plan & Deploy Production - Help orchestrate production deployment, ensuring everything runs smoothly from concept to execution.

Keep the Engines Running - Oversee the maintenance of production equipment making sure our teams have the best environment to create the impossible.

Hands-On Execution - Supervise the implementation of production lines, tooling, and equipment, optimizing workflows for peak efficiency.

**Requirements**:
We’re looking for problem-solvers, self-starters, and fearless innovators who can jump in and make an impact. Here’s what will help you succeed:
**Must-Have Skills**

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Technical understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes
Interest in engineering documentation and compliance

**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement
- Hands-on experience with production tooling & equipment
- Experience with project planning tools
