Production Assistant Internship

Location: Madrid, Spain

Reports To: Production Coordinator

Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)

At AIM Sport, we bring stadiums to life with cutting-edge digital perimeter advertising. With a presence in over 300 football stadiums and arenas globally, we work with blue-chip clients including Real Madrid, FC Bayern Munich, UEFA, Adidas, Heineken, and more.

  • We're looking for a Production Intern to support our Studio team. You'll work closely with our Production Coordinator and help ensure that our fast-paced creative workflows run smoothly. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in production coordination, creative project management, or the sports and media industry.

You'll be based in our Madrid tower-studio, right across from the iconic Bernabéu stadium—an inspiring space to kickstart your career in the creative sports industry.

Job Description:

  • Assist in managing incoming project requests by organising and logging tasks into project tracking tools.
  • Help track progress on internal production schedules and update documentation as needed.
  • Support communication between production, design, and other internal teams by sharing status updates and helping coordinate feedback.
  • Help prioritise tasks based on deadlines and resource availability, under the supervision of the Production Coordinator.
  • Learn and assist with managing production tools and pipelines, including render tracking and asset delivery.
  • Take notes during meetings and follow up on action items and task updates.

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative duties such as calendar scheduling, reporting, and internal communications.

  • Availability to sign an internship agreement with an education entity.

  • Fluency in Spanish & English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong interest in creative production, animation, media, or sports marketing.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and basic office tools.
  • A team player who's willing to learn and jump in wherever needed.

Bonus Skills

  • Basic knowledge of production tracking tools such as Trello
  • Proficiency in an additional language.
