What you'll learn:

By joining our Marketing Automation Consulting team, you will contribute to the optimization of marketing programs, helping to maximize the impact and effectiveness of each project you support. You will create campaigns in Marketo, one of the most widely used platforms in the industry, such as webinars or lead scoring for Kapturall clients, and you will carry out and host online webinar sessions with speakers from all over the world.

This internship is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic team, while having the possibility of a full-time role upon successful completion.

Key Activities:

  • You will learn how to use Marketo Engage, our leading marketing automation platform, and support the execution of real client campaigns.
  • Assist with email production activities, including content setup, testing, QA, and deployment under supervision.
  • Manage and update WordPress landing pages using existing templates, brand guidelines, and content blocks.
  • Support the setup, testing, and coordination of webinars, including emails, landing pages, reminders, integrations, and post-event reporting.
  • Contribute to campaign reporting and performance tracking using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Follow structured QA processes to ensure accuracy across emails, links, forms, and assets before launch.
  • Collaborate with consultants to meet delivery timelines across multiple markets.
  • Document recurring tasks and learn to apply standardized operating procedures used within Cloud Champion
  • Participate in team reviews, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently in the final year of their studies or having recently graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Eligible to sign an internship agreement for a minimum of 6 months, available 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  • English speaker, other Languages such as Portuguese, German and French will be a plus.
  • Effective communication skills with any audience.
  • Multitasking, organized, goal-oriented, attention to detail, enthusiasm for learning with fluent communication and team spirit.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • The ability to prioritize, organize, and balance short and long-term goals with a focus on the big picture. Comfortable with structured processes.
