**Your area of responsibility comprises**:
- You will join a team responsible for ProAlpha Cloud solution. In your work as an IT Engineer you will be responsible for maintenance of customer services. The team goal is to deliver to customers a buisness value by runinng ProAlpha services as cloud solution.
- Monitoring the availability and health of the cloud based services
- Support customer in fixing problems related to operating systems and cloud infrastructure
- Support customer in various request inc. access management, file access, VPN configuration, Firewall configuration
- Managing cloud environments in accordance with security guidelines
- Deploying modular cloud-based landscapes
- Modifying and improving existing landscapes
- Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security
- Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements
**Your profile combines**:
- You have successfully completed your studies in (business) informatics or an adequate education or you are a career changer with relevant professional experience
- Practical experience in the field of IT Administration and good knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls)
- Experience in Windows operating system maintenance and in monitoring and auditing systems
- Basic experience of powershell language
- Good communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work in multi-international team
- You communicate fluently in English
