**Your area of responsibility comprises**:

- As a Technology Consultant, you will advise our mid-tier customers on all issues relating to IT and ERP strategy. You will support our customers not only during the installation, but also during the operation of proALPHA: Starting with the targeted planning of the IT infrastructure, through the configuration, to the complex parameterization of the associated database.
- You provide high-quality technical services, e.g. infrastructure consulting and planning, installation as well as commissionings
- Thereby, you will work hand in hand with the IT managers of our customers
- The implementation of system-management solutions and the realization of high-availability Solutions in the ERP environment are also part of your tasks
- You will conduct training sessions and convey your know-how on all aspects of proALPHA IT operations
- In addition to support our Operations-Team for proALPHA-Business-Cloud customers, you are willing to take on extended service hours to adopt the monitoring

**Your profile combines**:

- You have successfully completed your studies in (business) computer science or similar or have a comparable technical education (e.g. IT specialist for system integration)
- You have relevant practical experience in the IT environment and good knowledge of server and virtualization technologies as well as server and client operating systems (Windows)
- You are familiar with relational databases and know the typical IT requirements in medium-sized companies
- You ideally have basic knowledge of Unix/Linux
- You are flexible and open to layer and weekend work
- You can learn and communicate fluently in English - knowledge of German and Polish is an advantage
