**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage cases in the CRM system, including ticket resolution and data logging.
- Provide specialized support to our customers.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer journey throughout the process.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving processes and services.

**Your profile**:

- Familiarity with customer management systems or CRM tools. Experincie in Dynamics will be valued.
- Previous experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments.
- Languages: Proficiency in Spanish, Italian and english (spoken and written), with knowledge of Portuguese considered an asset.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support, preferably in genetics, medicine, or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong communication skills and a clear customer-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
