**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
The primary purpose of the Global Director, NNN Cloud Growth, Midmarket is to support the development and scaling of a NNN framework that operationalizes and scales Midmarket NNNs regional sales teams, driving targeted revenue and customer acquisitions. This is accomplished by utilizing skills, experiences, knowledge, and training gathered from previous NNN SaaS sales accomplishments. This position will focus on supporting regional programs, sales execution processes and best practices, as well as partner ecosystem support for NNN.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:
**Support and Drive increased NNN Sales Execution and Enablement**
- Help identify and work with regions on specific NNN strategies and plans to meet their numbers i.e. how to drive volume deals as complement to value
- Work with regions on their presales and deal desk support of NNN and understand best models to support NNN growth
- Determine NNN enablement needs for sellers, leaders, DDEs, digital hub and ecosystem. Work with Readiness team and Sales Learning to provide needed enablement
- Develop measurement framework for enablement to measure effect on NNN sales
- Work on further developing the NNN sales leader roundtables
- Work on creation and execution of NNN coaching corners

**Help Drive Increased NNN Demand Gen & Related Best Practices**
- Work with regions and digital hubs and find and or create top performing NNN Campaigns
Work with demand agents, AEs, DDMs, etc. to understand most successful springs
- Work with Demand Mgrs on understand propensity models used for AE and DDE targeting
- Find and or devise best competitive replacement campaigns and strategies
- Work with rest of the Global Midmarket NNN Engine team in support of driving NNN business.
**QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE**:
5 - 8+ years of sales experience in SaaS solutions & enterprise solutions

3+ years of selling through an indirect channel

Proven record of building own pipeline and closing

Collaborative style and ability to work in a networked organization with virtual teams

Proven track record of capturing and growing NNN SaaS-based customers and market share - have sold and understand concepts of land and expand strategies

Good understanding of SAP solutions and portfolio mix, particularly related to cloud solutions

Good understanding of SAPs partner programs and GPO organization
